Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for Services and merchandise in our Retail Bar. Gift Certificates are worth a dollar amount and can be purchased online, by phone, or in person. Gift Certificates do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Appointments
All Spa treatments must be secured with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or Gift Certificate.

Punctuality
All Spa appointments are scheduled with an estimated service time. Arriving late deprives you of your reserved service time and could result in the rescheduling of your treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service in order to relax, fill out a general health form, & get acquainted with your service provider.

Attire
Relaxed dress is appropriate for your spa visit. Spa robes & locker rooms are available for your convenience.  Bathing suits are required for all Japanese Soak treatments.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
To serve you better, please extend a 48 hour notice of cancellation on spa services to avoid a service charge. Guests giving less than 24 hours notice or failing to show for an appointment will result in the full charge of service time.

Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Cash. Personal Checks are accepted following a second visit and with proper PA ID. Out of State checks must receive prior authorization from management. All checks returned will be assessed a $35 fee.

Gratuities
We apologize for the inconvenience, but gratuities cannot be added to your credit card.

Cash gratuities are greatly appreciated. For your convenience, an ATM Machine is available for your needs.

Serenity
We use our "whisper voices" at Spa Apropos so that we may better hear our "inner voice". For the serenity of our environment, we ask that you mute your cell phone.

Feedback
All guests of Hair Apropos are encouraged to offer their opinions both positive and negative.
